Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 14 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new* and in the original packaging, with any labels still attached.

Faulty items will either be replaced or refunded following evaluation by the Mickey Cranks Customer Services team.

Products bought as gifts can be refunded to the original purchaser. All deliveries require a signature on receipt.

*”As new” condition for Mickey Cranks items is unwashed, unworn and in the case of components and accessories unfitted. 

Warranty

All products are thoroughly checked by Mickey Cranks before dispatch. If you have any issues we will do our best to resolve them swiftly. Most products carry a manufacturers warranty so please check the literature supplied to see what terms apply. Some manufacturers ask that you deal directly with them on warranty issues, so it is important that you contact us before returning any products. We ask that you return any items within 14 days, after which replacement or repair will be at our discretion. All products must be returned with proof of purchase and a Returns Form. You will be responsible for the return postage costs.

How To Make a Return

Please complete the Returns Form and enclose it in your returns package.

Repackage your item in the original packaging and enclose a copy of your returns form, along with your receipt as proof of purchase or a photocopy if you require it for your records.

We recommend that you acquire a PROOF OF POSTAGE receipt and retain this until you receive email confirmation that we are processing your return. Please note this is a second class stamp and can take 4-6 working days to be delivered. You will be responsible for the return postage costs, no postage costs are refundable’.

Mickey Cranks will try to process your return, as soon as it arrives, although it can take up to a week for us to process a return during busy periods. During these periods it’s not possible to confirm receipt of your package before be being processed. Depending on your location, an exchange can take between 2-3 weeks to get back to you.
